150th Anniversary Celebration
A magnificent anniversary celebration was attended by 500 guests and current families on Saturday, 10th March.
It was wonderful to hear past pupils, staff, teachers, parents and community of Matakana School reminiscing about the old school days and equally lovely to see current pupils, staff and families enjoying the festivities.
The 150th anniversary celebration photos and booklet are now available to purchase from the Matakana School office. Book - $10.00 and Photo $5.00 each. Assorted glassware and other keepsakes are available to purchase from the school office.
We wish to continue treasuring the memories of Matakana School, and welcome any updates or amendments for the 150th anniversary booklet to events@matakana.school.nz. Thank you.
