Thanks for popping in on this page. It's a busy first term for Matakana School with camps etc but we also need help with our events coming up.
150th Anniversary
Need lots of help with organising this event including helping set up the hall on 9th March 2012. Please see Helena in the school office or email events@matakana.school.nz if you can help. We will need a big band of helpers please.
Gardens Working Bee
Looking for a working bee of about 12 people to 'beautify' the school gardens before the anniversary celebration. Chat to Paula or Helena in the school office.
Omaha Classic Run/Walk 2012
As you know our fundraisers are operated by volunteers and we need a bunch of people to help on Sunday, 1st April. Looking for:
- Marshalls (must be over 18)
- Someone to coordinate children's games
- Assistance with the food stalls
- plus many other tasks needed to make this day happen.
